In the Lounge with Stolen Standards…

Submitted by B-zene Admin on Wednesday, 26 November 2008No Comment

Stolen Standards is a three piece jazz ensemble from Teesside. Fronted by Claire Arbon, the group combines piano, double bass and vocals to peform a mix of loungy jazz standards and Latin rhythms.

The group has a formidable repertoire - covering favourites like I’m in the Mood for Love and I’ve Got You Under My Skin, alongside modern classics such as Moondance and Have I Told You Lately.

With forthcoming gigs at Wynyard Hall, Hartlepool Marina and Hutton Rudby’s ‘Jazz on the Green’, this impressive group’s available for all manner of private bookings.

For further information on Stolen Standards, check out the band’s new website. Studio tracks from their setlist are being uploaded to the site over the next couple of weeks and are well worth a listen.
