With the support of the European Unions life-long learning programm GIVE (Globally Integrated Village Environment) in Vienna offered a group of about 20 learners to participate in a Grundtvig Workshop on connecting learning communities by video bridges in January 2010. Barry Hunt and Steve Thompson are attending and this will be our video diary
The aim is to create in the 8 working days of this workshop the foundation of a pattern language, allowing to successfully choose and apply the right tools and setting for shared events in a number of diverse circumstances.
VideoBridge aims are:
- building a bridge between learning communities
- enabling groups in small and remote locations to participate in a wealth of education
- creating a network of sharing content and learning-in-parallel
- creating an ever growing repository of learning material.
- motivate participants to contribute excellent lectures and events.
